Install
Technician
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Install Technician who shares our passion for adventure, craftsmanship, and customer service. This is not your average auto shop—we’re a small, tight-knit team that works on everything from suspension upgrades and vehicle accessories to electrical installs and camper builds.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on a range of 4x4 vehicles
• Install camper systems, suspension components, and accessories
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate clearly with the team and contribute to solutions
• Learn and grow—new tools, new technologies, new terrain
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in automotive repair (off-road/custom experience a plus)
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to custom build processes
Preferred but not required:
• ASE Certification(s)
• Welding/fabrication experience
• Experience with Jeep, Toyota, or overland platforms
